· Applicant must be a resident of the barangay for at least six(6) months.
· Recent year Community Tax Certificate
· Must present any of the following valid ID:
Voters ID
Drivers License
New TIN
MCF Privilege Card
· NOTE: If none of the above can be presented; please provide any of the following;
· A xerox copy of the existing contract if house is being rented.
· An endorsement letter of the owner of the house certifying that the applicant is trully residing in the
address and a xerox copy of a valid ID of the endorsing person.
· A xerox copy of any of the latest electricity, water or telephone bill addressed to the endorsing
person.
Fee: Php 25.00
· Previous copy of the Business Permit.
· Payment of corresponding fee.
Fee: Minimum of Php 100.00
Note: Fee depends on Business Type, ask the Barangay Treasurer.
(Activity Permit)?
· Applicant must inquire availabilty to the desk officer.
· Properly filled-up "Application for Activity Permit Form".
· Form to be signed by the Punong Barangay or Barangay Secretary.
· Reservations must be made five(5) days before the requested date.
Fee: FREE

· Reservation must be made a week before the requested date.
· Payment should be made through the Barangay Treasurer.
· Should abide with the rules and regulations on using the court.

How do I file a complaint ?
· Personal appearance of the complainant.
· Properly filled-up Complaint Form.
Note: Complainant must know exact name and adress of respondent.
Respondent should be a resident of barangay Sto. Niņo.
Filing Fee : (Civil/Criminal dispute) Php 50.00
(Other kinds of dispute) Php 30.00
